Personal Testament:

Maverick, age 5, our middle child was diagnosed with congenital glaucoma at 2 weeks old and oh what a journey it has been.

Maverick has been through 7 surgeries, 5 being correctional glaucoma surgeries, 1 cataract removal and artificial lens replacement surgery.

Maverick is such a warrior and this picture, closing in on his eyes is a testament of the progress throughout the years.

We are thankful for Manning Family Children's LCMC Health & Dr. Lena Al-Dujali as she was the only optometrist in Louisiana to be able to perform a crucial surgery that Maverick needed.

God has been faithful throughout it all. To God be the glory!
