It’s funny how life has a way of connecting moments.
This weekend, Kim and I had the chance to attend the wedding of a young man I’ve known since he was born. Watching two people begin their next chapter together was something special.
Today, I’m sitting at my computer editing an engagement session for another couple whose wedding I’ll soon have the honor of photographing. Every image is filled with excitement, laughter, and that unmistakable look of two people in love.
And in the middle of all of that… today is our anniversary.
It’s made me stop and think about just how incredible love really is. I get to witness it from both sides of the camera, seeing new chapters begin while appreciating the one we’ve been writing together for so many years.
As photographers, we capture smiles, embraces, and unforgettable moments. But every now and then, those moments remind us to look at our own story too.
