Getting lots of editing done today! Hoping to send out 2 full galleries and will get more edits done tomorrow 😍!! I am running behind on edits 😩🫣 but the main issue is that I always pride myself on over-delivering photos in my final galleries! Friday Reminder: Fall Mini Sessions are open for booking! I still have openings for both days right now!
Just like last year, I'll have two beautiful fall-inspired set-ups, and I'll send the exact location details about two weeks before your session.
With how warm this summer has been, I'm anticipating the leaves will start changing a little earlier this year, which is why these sessions are scheduled for the first weekend in October! 🍁

Photographer DILEMMA:

You guys - I AM IN LOVE WITH BOTH OF THESE EDITS!?

This is a new editing style for me that I am trying because of the gorgeous lighting we had last night - but I always tend to edit in warmer tones! Of course I was playing with my hue and color saturations just to get some general vibes for what I wanted, and this gorgeous low saturated green with some extra luminance turned out SO GOOD 🫣✨. So now I am conflicted! Of course I keep thinking I over-contrasted the warmer toned one now, because the green tone background looks so much softer......

Conclusion: I am just gonna give them both shots 😅 But what do you guys think? This is a very different kind of editing style for me but I am loving the vibe!

Throwback Thursday! To one of my FAVORITE weddings, that I have gotten to shoot!

Happy 2-year anniversary Mimi & Michael! (I am about a week late, but happy anniversary all the same!) Looking back on the shots I still have of that magical day make me feel so giddy! I can't believe I got to be there, and take these photos!

Photographer confession:

When you book with me, I don't just do the polished, posed photos 🫣✨ - for instance here, I know Senior yearbook shots have their preferences and guidelines, but I am absolutely taking photos of the fun moments being had during your session too! I am down for the Pinterest poses, for the action prompts, but I love the in-between moments of all of that too!

My whole goal with my photography is capturing precious moments - Senior photos can absolutely be a core memory!

We are going to remember dancing in the flower fields, or climbing up a tree (!safely!) to get the cinematic shot you wanted. (Different Senior session 😆) And I feel so insanely lucky, when I am the one behind the camera to help capture that memory. 🥰

Working on the last final edits for this gallery tonight and I am just in awe! This Senior is so fabulous and picked an AMAZING location for her shoot! Silverton Wildflower Tours is my top favorite new location I have gotten to do a photoshoot at this year! The ladies that coordinate the tours and photography appointments are so sweet, and the location is just PERFECTION!

Hoping to get to do more photos there next year!

Reminder to my families with incoming Seniors, yearbook will want Senior photos in October! Send me a message to get those Senior photos scheduled!

My Senior session package options are:

Senior Mini session - $175 - includes; 30-minute mini session at one designated location, one outfit change, and final gallery will include 20 edited images

Senior Full Session Experience - $250 - includes; 2-hour session with 2 planned locations (this full session can be split into two one hour sessions for different days if needed), up to four outfit changes, and final gallery will include 40 edited images
