I’ve posted 99 perfect squares filled with memories that are fleeting. Capturing love, joy, truth, family, newborns and all while trying to grow on this journey of photography. Allowing people to just BE themselves in front of the camera. To know that at this very moment in time their life is worth preserving in a photo forever. My work here in the PNW might be done for now but I have always believed that the best is yet to come. .

This time next week all of my things will be packed up and hundreds of boxes will surround me. This will be my 11th move. It doesn’t get easier. It gets harder. The goodbyes get more tearful. The kids are getting older and feel all the emotions too now. One thing that makes it easier...knowing that I’ve made friends in almost every corner of the US. That my tribe reaches far and wide and that they will always be there for my family. So here’s to the last days in the beautiful PNW.

I can’t explain to you my love for photography. It’s like everything in my heart all package up and giving to you. It’s a place in time that it frozen and tangible and perfect. It’s how your life is at that very moment. As I grow in this role I’ve started to realize how much I was MEANT to be on this journey. To teach myself new things. To learn from my mistakes. To chase the light and find the beauty. I love being behind the camera.
