Not an awkward moment.

Here’s my secret… your engagement session should feel like a date, not a boring photoshoot. That’s why I make it easy for my couples from start to finish:

- I help you pick a location that fits your vision, your relationship, and feels like you

-I send you my Engagement Session Experience Guide with everything you need to prepare

-I give you outfit guidance so you’re not stressing in your closet (or at the store lol)

-I guide you through the whole session. No stiff, boring posing, just lots of prompts so you’re laughing, chatting, and having fun together!!

These are the questions that help you find a photographer who fits YOU, not just your budget. Ask them on every call, and you’ll know pretty quickly who feels right🧡

The rain got nothing on me 🫡

This weekend, I came prepared with a change of clothes and shoes (in case I got wet), 2 clear umbrellas for my couple, and a rain plan for photos.

Sydney Fox came through with 25 more clear umbrellas that we used for wedding and family portraits. She & Maggie’s Corner Cafe did an amazing job flipping the indoor ceremony space into the reception during cocktail hour.

More Than Just a DJ was AMAZING at keeping the party going all night!!

Breaux Vineyards Weddings is always the best. The views are stunning even in the rain & their staff is always so attentive!

Faded Poppy made sure the florals were placed perfectly & looked amazing in the indoor ceremony space + reception.

Hair Vibes Ashburn made sure my bride’s hair and makeup lasted through her whole wedding day, despite the rain!!

Rain on your wedding day isn’t a disaster when your vendors have a plan 🧡

Something I wish every couple knew before their wedding day…. Portraits don’t need to be hours long🤷🏻‍♀️

For these two at Winery at La Grange Weddings , we spent 30 minutes! (Trust, so many beautiful portraits can be captured in that time!)I planned spots ahead of time, was very intentional with every shot, and kept the vibe relaxed. This way they could go off and enjoy cocktail hour 🤭

The goal is simple - lots of photos and lots of time ACTUALLY enjoying your wedding day. You can really have both!
