Found my first painted rock while out taking photos at Grizzly Creek. The back says "2024 Eagle Rocks Happy Halloween. 💙" Anyone know the artist?

I throughly enjoyed my time photographing the Alpine Bank volunteers and hearing their stories. Here is the first of many in the series. Anyone who volunteers their time in schools has a special place in my heart. ❤️
