It’s the way four little people can turn an ordinary morning at the beach into an entire adventure. The way Mom and Dad look at them. The way everyone ends up tangled together laughing. The tiny moments you don’t realize you’ll want to remember forever.

This is the stuff.

You trade in the cap and gown for your childhood stuffy, let your hair go completely feral, run barefoot down the beach, chase rainbows, laugh until your stomach hurts, and just… PLAY.

A courthouse wedding… followed by a little adventure. 👑✨

We started at the Sarasota County Courthouse, where they officially became husband and wife.

Then we headed to a beautiful historic museum in Sarasota and let the rest of the day unfold.

They chased each other around fountains, explored the grounds, flirted, laughed, played, and basically stepped straight into their own little gilded-age love story. ✨

And THIS is the kind of wedding day I want more of.

Not just showing up, taking the “official” photos, and calling it a day.

I want to make an experience out of it.

A courthouse ceremony.
A beautiful historic setting.
A little adventure.
A lot of movement.
And photos that actually feel like you two.

Some wedding days feel like you’ve been invited into a little piece of someone’s history. 🤍

I’ve had the joy of photographing this family for years, so getting to document this wedding day was incredibly special.

And oh my goodness… the love.

The happy tears, the laughter, the way they looked at each other, and the moments when the rest of the room seemed to disappear. It was all so beautifully, wonderfully them.

Under the brightest blue Sarasota sky, surrounded by the people who love them most, these two celebrated their love and I felt so lucky to be there to capture it. ✨

When a family trusts you year after year, and then trusts you with something as meaningful as their wedding day, it’s a pretty special full-circle moment.
