A family photo pushes pause. It stops time in the middle of life shows growth, progress, and an instant memory. A moment that proves a memory and is looked back to as the future turns present. Once a mini-Sophia, the Chapman's daughter is growing up quickly since I last photographed her years ago when she was about 2. Now it's conversation about boys, friends, and future plans. Time is an incredible thing to ponder. The family and I spent the afternoon in Bisbee embracing all things unique and quirky. It was an adventure and a lot of laughs. We ended with the street lights and car headlights filling the town with drama for just...one...more...photo! Thank you guys for the continued support.

The more you live the more you witness the speed of time and how it's never slowing down. I'm blessed enough in photography to watch lives blossom, grow, change, develop, and chase dreams. I've been photographing Maddy and her family for over ten years. This once young child has grown and advanced into a young woman, graduating, dating, and pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. We spent her senior session focusing on her love for animals and including her family. Her favorite horse, Ash, practically fell asleep standing up through the whole thing. We had a lot of fun and now it's time to watch Maddy go out and do big things! Congratulations to the Dewolfe family!

When love comes again, you better be ready! You won't find a couple laughing and smiling more than Les & Shauna. This fun couple took a break from planning their wedding and ELOPED!! Now they are hip to hip planning out the rest of their life together. We arranged some time at a family friend's ranch at the base of the Huachuca Mountains, did a first look and then did a couples session. I'm sure you'd agree, the love for each other isn't hidden between them and it was pure joy for me to capture that love. Congratulations you two!

The excitement of the season of Engagement! A precious and sweet time filled with planning and anticipation while standing at the doorstep of your future. The unknown is both scary and thrilling. Congratulations to Brian and Michelle on their engagement! I escorted them around the hidden gem, Casa De San Pedro B & B and the nearby San Pedro River. The weather was perfect and the scenery equally stunning. There's a sweet spot when everything in nature is perfect and the bugs aren't out yet. We enjoyed our time out celebrating them two and spent time dreaming forward, more to come with these two!

I'm fortunate enough to befriend youths through the years, watch them grow and become adults, and then adventure into their own lives. Watching a life mature into something honoring and into a unique path is truly special. Braydon graduates this year and has grown into an extraordinary young man, playing any sport suggested to him while finishing in a tough school and pursuing a career as an electrician. He runs in a lot of different circles but his two closest friends joined him in celebrating his upcoming accomplishment. We started in the the canyon and finished on the mountain top which is what his family wishes for him as he navigates life. If you run into this charismatic graduate, be sure to cheer him on a heart-felt "Congratulations!"

Motherhood is a true strength and adults brought up with a great mom agree. Moms play vital roles in bringing up the next generation. Worse yet sometimes you'll hear society diminish moms and their importance, well, that's simply a farce. Karina came to me with a desire to freeze time and capture her son, Noah as he grows into a young man. He's already very active in many things and exploring all the hobbies he can while figuring out his youth. We spent the afternoon on Mt. Lemmon showcasing their bond and love for one another. It was a sweet time for them and now tied with memories as photographs. Don't forget to always thank your mom!

One of the most beautiful things about families is the way they grow, branch out, and continue to take on a larger identity. It's fun to watch the next generation in the younger kids immolate character traits and personalities of previous generations that you see duplicated. Families are their own organism themselves. Once again the Caldwell/Stewart family gathered and with multiple reasons to celebrate, documented the year with pictures. It's a beautiful time of year to photograph with the light hanging low and the temps not at their extremes. We enjoyed the San Pedro River while hanging out and reminiscing memories throughout the family's past. Thank you all for your continued support and willingness to smile for mom!

Home for the holidays! Mom's house just always feels like home. Even in those times where maybe it's a different house, how does she still make it feel like home? When around the country people travel in, what's the best thing to do but to capitalize on it and take photos! I've told you, all mom wants is pictures of her babies. The Richards took a break from cooking and entertaining to document the family and how it changes day by day. Before you know it, those kids are double the size and their voices sound funny. The Richards have a beautiful property in Hereford with a mountain backdrop so we kept it easy and showcased all the lovely angles. Thank you all for the fun gathering and the willing smiles!
