It has been a while since I’ve posted anything. Life was throwing some pretty big blows for a while and knocked me down pretty good, but slowly I’ve been remembering why I ever did this to begin with. Because it reminds me to see the beauty in this world.

Today was a very early morning start and a day of racing the clock that I solidly beat! I appreciate getting to work with the Buena JROTC and look forward to being able to do it as long as they want me to come back. Thank you for starting the day with motivation! Also huge thank you to Pam LaRue Whitecotton for being there yet again this year and sharing this video with me since I was shooting photos.

This post is one that I have put off posting for a while now. AngelStorms Photography is going to be on hiatus for the remainder of 2022. Cheyenne has moved to Washington State for better opportunities, and I have been dealing with a hand injury since January that severely limits my ability to work with my camera. I have an appointment next month with an orthopedic surgeon, so hopefully by 2023 this will be resolved. During the hiatus I will be reconfiguring what services ASP will be offering. Things will be changing and I will update once I know just what the next evolution of ASP is going to be.

Every now and then I create photos to make the statement. On any given day there are 22 veteran’s that are going to make a choice to take their own life. These photo’s were created to bring attention to this. The silhouette one to represent those that are gone. The group of 21 veteran’s mourning the one that isn’t with them any more. The service dog laying watching his own veteran. The impact of this is real for veteran community, for our community, for all communities!
