I don't take pictures of newborns very often but when I do, I want to have another baby and I just had one 6 months ago.

I don't do posed pictures of newborns... honestly those scare me... I love candid shots. I love the details. I love how care free it can be and I love how raw it can be too.

Also this location, I found on a whim and I love that my clients were willing to go out there!

One of the few downsides to doing your own pictures with a tripod... sometimes they don't end up being in focus but does...

One of the few downsides to doing your own pictures with a tripod... sometimes they don't end up being in focus but doesn't make me love the picture any less... guess because this is the only picture I got with our small fry. He does not like pictures when I want him to like pictures.
