Blessed to come across this little one on the beach at Assateague. During migration, seals will often haul themselves onto the beach to warm up and rest. I kept my distance and did nothing to aggravate or annoy him. I was very pleased that others who came by were also respectful and maintained their distance.

The last time I saw Tipperary (N10O ) was in October of 2020. She was looking older and more tired. She passed away recently at the age of 31 which is quite old for a wild horse. She has been with the stallion Charcoal for many years and the stallion Llama Boy before that. Mother to Dewey, the blue eyed stallion and Tunkan Hoksila.
