Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be at this years Relay for Life event in Shelton. I will be selling photo prints from abandoned buildings to landscapes. Supplies will be limited however I will take orders if there is something you missed and custom orders for larger prints and so on.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Photo Booth Attendant. As a Photo Booth Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our photo booth at various events. You will interact with event attendees, facilitate the photo-taking process, and ensure that everyone has a fantastic time capturing memories.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and dismantle photo booth equipment at events
- Greet guests and guide them through the photo-taking process
- Assist guests with using props and accessories to enhance their photos
- Monitor the photo booth to ensure it is functioning properly throughout the event
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to event attendees
- Encourage guests to leave reviews and feedback about their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo booth area
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events
- Transport photo booth equipment and gear to events/venues using your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout the state of CT for events

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with photo booth equipment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Reliable transportation (vehicle) to transport photo booth equipment and gear to events
- Willingness to travel throughout the state of CT for events
- Previous experience in customer service or event management is a plus, but not required
- Must have an Android or Apple smartphone

This position is seasonal, and hours will vary greatly based on event bookings. This position is ideal for individuals looking for extra income and flexible scheduling.

A little last-minute

Repair 1 of several remaining. Next is the light meter which isn’t working and the POD aka Pad of Death that needs to be replaced. This was my Grandfathers camera on my Dad’s side so I’m trying to get it going and put it to good use. It’s a 1970-73 Japanese Yashica Electro 35 GSN assembled in Hong Kong. I’ve taken a few shots with it but I won’t know if they were good since I didn’t have the meter or a battery oh and a clean lens lol.

Last minute I ended up selling 2 - 11x14 prints of “Da Pipe”. The picture off my phone does not do the print justice. It looks amazing and a few workers/customers at the lab I went to thought the same. These will be making their way to Eastern Connecticut and North Carolina and I can’t wait to see these on my customers wall!
