Oh hey! It’s me!
I’ve got some updates and info:
Just a quick post to let everyone know I’m out of the studio this week with the team. Aside from my beloved seniors, branding, families and such, we also do headshots and meeting photos for large events and ENTIRE companies.. which is really so great when a company does this for everyone in their organization. It’s taken years for us to be able to scale like this and we’re about four years into having this capability.. in fact this is our third year with this group.
Right now we’re in 🌴 California 🌴with a few of our favorite KC companies for nine days of headshots and event photography!
If you’re waiting on something from me, my trusty list is by my side, on my phone and my computer haha.
November dates: October was bananas-level booked but there are still some great dates in November for seniors and families, the studio is always nice for my headshot and branding clients or the sweet, Petite & Modern Sessions. DM if you need my remaining outdoor dates and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Meet Logan, Lansing Class of 2027.
This guy is so fun to photograph. He showed up with his own film camera, and it’s the exact same model as my very first camera. Made my photoggy heart so happy.
Class of 2027 seniors, your session doesn’t have to be like everyone else!
Bring the things you love, whether that’s a camera, a guitar, a letterman jacket, or your dog.

Happy beautiful Friday…
Madalyn is talented. So creative. Artistic. Lovely, and so stinking fun to photograph. If you forgot, I’ll remind you that I love having theater kids because they dream up some beautiful ideas before they’re even in front of my camera.
I can’t wait to send her the rest of her collection. This is THE busiest week of my year so I gave her this peek before I send her the gorgeous images she selected 💕

Please wish a very happy birthday to senior spokesmodel ruth gipson 😍 She is a beautiful, brilliant young lady who really brings such a vibe of joy to her sessions. She started senior year signed to college basketball and I can’t wait to do celebrate that accomplishment with photos!!

I have so much gratitude for the people who trust me with their important professional moments. Their new jobs, the businesses they’ve built and the BOOKS, where they’ve poured their hearts and souls!
Kenneth is one of those people. I read a passage when he was finalizing everything. Since I already know he’s one of the coolest and most interesting people I’ve ever met, I was really exited to read the rest. What a legacy to create at 92 years old! He brought this personally signed copy by the studio today. How cool is that?

The weekdays have been filled with the prettiest headshots and branding sessions. There has been so much going on over here that, as in true fall fashion, I am WAY behind on sharing things. You see maybe 5% of what’s happening. I’d love to change that, especially with the headshots and branding because there are some outstanding business people coming through my doors!!!

Everyone help me wish the happiest birthday to our 2027 Spokesmodel NATALIE NAVARRO
I’m so happy that she joined the team! She is the brightest and sweetest ray of sunshine! She’s smart, strong and always seems to have a big smile. We’re so lucky to have her on the squad. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you, Natalie!!!
