Went on a cold and wet adventure today to check out Falling Run Nature Trail, unfortunately I did not take my tripod or camera bag so photos are not the best . It was an easy 0.9 mile loop trail even with the snow and ice, located near Sandy Lake, Pa, it is part of Maurice K. Goddard State Park. Located in northern Mercer County just east of I-79. This is a short, easy loop through scenic forest areas and it crosses of the stream multiple times. There were several small but pretty waterfall on Falling Run. I can not wait to get back here once it gets a little warmer out, this time I will make sure I have my tripod and camera bag with me.

Yesterday we braved the extreme cold to venture out to Presque Isle State Park. The ice was just incredible and amazing. We were able to walk on it about 20 feet out into the lake, which gives you a feeling of insane excitement and a little fear of what would happen if it cracked. This was my first adventure with my new lens balls, can't wait to get out and explore more with it, once it warms up that is🤣
