We retain the right to post/publish any photos taken online, If you do not allow this, a $25.00 Non-Usage Fee will be added to any baby/kids,senior, or wedding shoots. As an image based small business, posting and sharing our work keeps us in business. Please tell us during the shoot or before hand. The $25 is then added at that time. After 1 year, any wedding or print orders may incur a price increase, because most wedding labs went out of business, the newer ones are a lil more costly. Product Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these services, there are no refunds on any custom photography In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Joshua V. Bressi Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will have the option to reschedule their session or receive a full refund of their retainer (if applicable). No retainer will be returned if the client fails to attend the session on the date/time scheduled. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs once picked up can be emailed, uploaded, or digitally copied, and therefor cannot be returned; Joshua V. Bressi Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY once photos leave our studio. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Joshua V. Bressi Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Joshua V. Bressi Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo” (i.e. i don't like the way I did my hair, I don't want yellow teeth, only technical, lighting, photoshoping, editing, or coloring reasons, and selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already choose from a "proof." If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, or there is a manufacturer defect, Joshua V. Bressi Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge. If a photo is damaged during shipping Joshua V. Bressi Photography will immediately order at the lab's cost. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product you purchase on this website, simply return it within 7 days of purchase and we will either replace the product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price. We will refund your purchase or reprint your photos when we receive your return. Refunds are only valid for damaged, mistaken, or defective items. Copyright Policy
