Please help me give The Texan Touch another shot at life. Back in May, my only camera was damaged while taking photos at a wedding. One small drop (or so it seemed) damaged the camera body and lens to the point that it was deemed unrepairable by Canon.
Replacing the camera is not cheap and there is no way I can do it on my own. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be stepping away from The Texan Touch. With so many things going on behind the scenes, I don’t feel I can devote the time to this as I need to. To add insult to injury my only camera has met a devastating end due to damage sustained in a fall. Unfortunately the cost to replace is well beyond my ability.
Thank you to all who supported this while it lasted.

May 3rd came and went.

I got up, went to work, and came home.

Just another day.

I've spent every one of the last 364 days wondering how I would push through the waves of memories and emotion this day was going to bring and it just passed by me like a breeze. The memories of racing to a closed highway to find them barely came to mind. The feeling of panic, when I saw the mashed aluminum and plastic remains of their car, did not pass through my mind as it has for the past 364 days. The voice of the deputy at the scene or the accident investigator didn't reverberate around my mind.

May 3rd came and went.

The memory of calling family and close friends to tell them Mom and Dad weren't coming home feels like a distant memory that I can barely remember.

Why do I feel so terrible that this day just came and went and it felt like any other day?...

Why do I feel something is wrong with me?...
