A little behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been working on at Velora lately ✨

Today we spent some time playing around with the bar setup, fine-tuning details, and continuing to bring the vision for this property to life. Every week brings something new, and it’s so exciting to watch the space continue to evolve.

From landscaping updates to styling different areas of the venue, we’re one step closer to welcoming couples and showing them everything Velora has to offer. We can’t wait to share more with you all soon! 💙

✨ Bringing the vision to life! ✨

Today we spent some time styling a few tables for Velora’s Open House on July 15th, and seeing everything start to come together has us so excited. From the florals and décor to the overall aesthetic, every detail is being thoughtfully curated to showcase what a wedding day at Velora can feel like.

One of the things we’re especially excited to share is our in-house decorating services, designed to help couples create a beautiful, cohesive wedding day without the stress of sourcing and coordinating every detail themselves. Whether you have a clear vision or need help bringing ideas to life, we’re here to help make the process easier and more enjoyable.

Our goal isn’t just to host an open house—it’s to create an experience where couples can truly envision their day here while connecting with some incredible local wedding professionals.

We still have plenty to do, but watching the vision come to life one detail at a time is our favorite part. 💕

One thing couples often don’t realize when planning a wedding is just how many moving pieces there are behind the scenes.

Who’s making sure vendors arrive on time?
Who’s lining everyone up for the ceremony?
Who’s answering questions so you don’t have to?
Who’s keeping the timeline on track?
Who’s handling unexpected issues before you even know they happened?

That’s where a coordinator comes in. 💕

A coordinator’s job isn’t just to “run the wedding.” It’s to protect your experience so you can be fully present on one of the most important days of your life.

And while any experienced coordinator can be an incredible asset, there are unique benefits to having an in-house coordinator.

An in-house coordinator knows the venue inside and out. They know the layout, the parking plan, the best locations for photos, how the ceremony flow works, where vendors should set up, and how to navigate any challenges the property may present. They already have relationships with the venue team, making communication seamless from start to finish.

Instead of multiple people trying to figure things out on wedding day, everyone is already working from the same game plan.

Today we were finally able to meet at Velora and go over the final details for our upcoming Open House! As renovations continue to come together, we wanted to ensure we create the best possible experience for both our vendors and the couples attending.

We are so excited to collaborate with so many talented businesses, showcase everything Velora has to offer, connect with engaged couples, and create meaningful networking opportunities within our local wedding community.

Over the next 24–48 hours, we will be reaching out individually to confirm participation and finalize vendor placements.

Thank you to everyone who has applied, shared our event, and shown interest in being a part of this special day. The support has been incredible, and we can’t wait to bring it all to life! ✨💕
