Another chapter down for this sweet mama. 🤎

We started with her pregnancy announcement, now we’ve officially documented her maternity session, and next time I see her it’ll be for labor & delivery and then her Fresh 48. Getting to photograph the whole journey from announcement to meeting their newest little love is one of my favorite parts of a Bump to Bundle, and I seriously cannot wait to meet this baby!

Also, this spot out at Rend Lake was SO pretty for maternity photos and I already know I’ll be using it more this fall. Just imagine all of these trees once the colors start changing. 🍂

✧ What to Expect When You Book a Newborn Session ✧

If you’re wondering what a newborn session with me actually looks like, here’s the quick version. 🤍

BOOKING
You’ll book using your due date (or the soonest available date around it). Once baby arrives, just shoot me a message and we’ll get you scheduled based on when baby is actually here.

Because babies apparently don’t care about our calendars. 😂

THE SESSION
I primarily offer studio newborn sessions, but I also offer in-home and weather-appropriate outdoor newborn sessions.

Once you’re at the studio, we keep things relaxed, cozy, and completely baby-led. I have wraps, bows, a baby heater, changing station, feeding space, and a client closet for mamas.

We’ll get all the sweet baby details, individual photos, family snuggles, sibling photos, and plenty of cuddles.

And most importantly… I have PATIENCE. 😂
Newborns run the show. If baby needs to eat, we eat. If baby needs changed, we change them. If baby needs to be held for 20 minutes before we try again, then guess what? We’re holding that baby for 20 minutes. There is absolutely no rushing.

Sessions typically take 1–2 hours, depending completely on baby.

AFTERWARD
Your gallery is typically delivered within 1–3 weeks, and I always try to get newborn galleries back before baby turns one month old.

Once your gallery is delivered, you can order prints and products directly through your gallery shop, or ask me about a personalized newborn book. 🤍

Basically: book your due date → have your baby → let me know → come snuggle → I’ll work my newborn magic → get your memories. ✧

I LOVE seeing people use my studio and then getting to see what they create in here 😭🤎 This sweet little session has me OBSESSED. Like, how cute is she?!

I love that photographers can really make the space their own too. You can use my props, bring your own, rearrange things, bring in your own little setup… whatever works for your session!

I do still have studio rental availability for photographers, and I’m also opening up some dates for pop-up vendors and small businesses who want to use the space for their own thing!

I built this space to actually be USED, so I’m always excited to see people come in and make it their own for a few hours. ☼ ⋒ ✧

Crazy to think we’re already talking about fall sessions in August, but here we are. 😂🍂

This maternity session has me so excited for everything that’s coming. The golden light, cooler evenings, cozy colors… it’s my favorite time of year to photograph just about every chapter.

Whether you’re celebrating a growing family, updating family photos, documenting a senior year, an engagement, or just wanting photos because life is moving way too fast… this is your little reminder to get on my calendar.

Random openings this week! 🤎

If you’ve been wanting an excuse to come see the studio in person (or check out all the little updates I’ve been making 😊), let’s goooo!

My schedule ended up looking a little different than I originally planned, so I unexpectedly have 2 studio openings available Thursday & Friday.

I thought about opening them up for outdoor sessions too, but with the weather changing every time I check it, I’d rather not risk having to reschedule everyone. So these will just be studio sessions.

These spots would be perfect for newborns, maternity, milestones, back-to-school photos, or even a quick family update if you’ve been meaning to get in front of my camera.

Figured I’d hop on here and mention it before they get snagged. 🤎 If you want one, just send me a message and I’ll get you the available times!

🤎🤎🤎Just a little extra info—if you check the comments under each photo, I’ve added what props or styling pieces were used in that setup. You’ll see examples of my client closet, bassinets, baskets, wraps, bows, and some of the little details I love to include in newborn sessions.

Not everything I have is pictured, but it’ll give you a good idea of the different styles I can create. Look through them and see which ones fit your family’s vibe or become your favorites. 🤍
