To claim a spot, comment with the time you would like and your email address. If your requested time is already taken, we will do our best to offer you the closest available time.Please do NOT send personal messages. I will not be checking PMs during booking.$50 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit due at the time of booking. No exceptions, regardless of the reason.
Your deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking (unless other arrangements have been made), or your time slot will be released to the next family.The remaining balance is due one week before your session.If you need to cancel within two weeks of your session, you are still responsible for the remaining balance unless you find someone to take your reserved time slot. If you find someone to book your session, they may pay the remaining balance and take over your reservation.Just like purchasing tickets to a concert, sporting event, or other ticketed experience, your reservation is for a specific date and time. If you are unable to attend due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason, refunds will not be issued. You are welcome to find someone to purchase your reserved session if you can no longer attend. Please only book if you are comfortable with this policy. We will not make exceptions this year, and cancellations during the week of your session may affect the opportunity to book future Santa sessions with us. These sessions are for IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY. If you would like extended family photos, you will need to book back-to-back sessions. If you think you'll want more than 10 minutes with Santa, you are welcome to reserve two consecutive time slots. If your preferred date fills up, you may request to be added to the waitlist. While we cannot guarantee an opening, spots do become available from time to time.These are not our only Christmas minis, but they are our only sessions with Santa!We can't wait to see everyone and make magical Christmas memories with our favorite Santa Ken! ❤️🎄

⭐️ Please note: Lighting changes throughout the afternoon as the sun sets. Earlier session times will have brighter natural light, while later sessions will have a warmer, moodier Christmas.
