🎉 Official Launch & Registration for Beginner Photography!
Thank you so much to everyone who commented, messaged, and shared your thoughts on my interest post! Based directly on your feedback regarding schedules, locations, and family needs, I’ve put together a program built specifically for our local homeschool community.
Registration is officially OPEN for our In-Person Beginner Photography Series starting Wednesday, August 12th!
Whether your child is brand new to photography or just wants to take better pictures, this series focuses on the absolute fundamentals—lighting, composition, perspectives, and visual storytelling—while giving our kids a fun, low-pressure space to connect and make real-life friends.
🗓️ Locations & Times (Based on Your Preferences!)
To make this convenient for as many families as possible, we are running two weekly options every Wednesday:
📍 Senoia Class (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM): Outdoors at Senoia City Park—ideal for exploring natural light and scenery!
📍 Sharpsburg Class (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM): Generously hosted on a local homeschool family's private property—a great, safe space to shoot!
đź’ˇ Program Details
Ages ~7 & Up: Flexible! If you have a younger, eager child, they are welcome to join.
No Expensive Gear Needed: Whatever cell phone, smartphone, or basic point-and-shoot camera your family already has is perfect.
100% Standalone Lessons: The first 5 weeks cover core beginner skills, but each class stands completely on its own. If you miss a week due to travel or sickness, your child won't fall behind!
Parent & Sibling Friendly: Parents are fully encouraged to participate alongside their kids as a fun bonding experience.
Small Group Cap: Capped strictly at 10 family units per location (20 participants) so the kids get plenty of hands-on guidance and real social interaction.
đź’° Pricing & Family Bundles
Single Class: $25 per class (covers 1 Parent/Student pair OR 1 Sibling pair—2 participants total!).
After 4 paid classes, get the 5th CLASS FREE!
Additional Family Members: $15 for each extra child/parent.
(Example: A parent bringing 3 children pays $40 total for the session—covering 1 sibling pair and 1 parent/child pairing!)

Since class sizes are kept small (10 family units max per location), spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can reserve your spot via Venmo, Cash App, or cash in person.
To register: Drop a comment below with which location (Senoia or Sharpsburg) you want to join, or send me a DM to claim your spot for August 12th and get the payment details!
* Extra Day Expansion: I am also considering a Saturday or Sunday Class in PTC/Newnan (someplace in between). If there is enough interest in a weekend class, I'll schedule one based on feedback.
* Continuing Curriculum: I will also be hosting Intermediate (5 classes) and Advanced Classes (5 classes) to follow the beginner classes.
