I am so excited for Shauna & Hunter's next chapter and we cannot wait to meet baby boy Altman (hurry up July)! 🤍

Here are some photos from the Farmer’s Market baby shower we had so much fun planning and bringing to life for our friends.

When it came to games, I wanted something interactive and a little unexpected…so an axe throwing experience became the main event, and it was such a hit. I can’t say enough great things about Black Bear Axe Fayetteville 🪓 (congratulations to Reese & Cassie for winning the tournament🎉)!

Afterwards we had a cute little scratch off game and a raffle for everyone who brought diapers.

Every detail was layered with intention. We created a large grazing table that was so fun to style, along with custom fruit and veggie cookies, Connie’s dirt cake cupcakes, and a custom carved watermelon. Even the smallest touches were personalized; from a onesie embroidered with Shauna & Hunters’ dogs (Blue & Marley), to themed favors and a custom guest book.

The Funky Shack Mercantile and Flower Market created gorgeous florals for the event. Dawn is always spot on & so creative. Thank you to Kellie for bringing in TM Creations to make our balloon dreams come true. Taylor, they were perfect!

Lea Ann’s Little Cutie Mocktail Station was such a fun and perfect addition to the day. The orange themed drink was a nod to Shauna’s pregnancy craving. 🍊

And truly, none of it comes together without a village. Thank you to everyone for your help and contributions (Jerrod, Connie, Kellie, Colby, Dayna, Lea Ann, and Hayley) (and thank you Maddox for rolling all of those Pampers, and Reese, our little greeter).

What a fun event! I am so glad we were able to shower our friends with love. I hope everyone had the best time. 🥕

I turn “what do we do with our hands?” into this…

I watch, I read the room, I guide, but just enough. Enough to bring you out of stiffness and into something real and relaxed.

You’ll feel at ease. The awkward fades, the fun unfolds and you’ll have photos you’ll be obsessed with.

I’ve photographed my entire life, even as a little kid I was loading film into a Barbie camera. It had a loop attached to it so it could tag along on your wrist. I wore like a bracelet to school, to the store, the swing set out back… I never realized the way I took photos or the way I was always framing things and pointing out pretty light, like how the sun shines gold in the afternoon and trickles through the leaves. I didn’t know, but my mom did.

She bought me just about every camera I’ve ever owned. She poured into me, supported me, uplifted me. She made me feel like a true artist. If it hadn’t have been for her speaking life into me, I don’t know that I would’ve found myself at KSU studying art. It was her counsel that inspired me to apply for the Art Institute. She was there every step of the way. She even learned how to cut mats for my art shows and volunteered her staff to model for my conceptual projects. She would set up any props, hold a light, give her opinion on a gallery, return a rental, and always give encouragement.

When she left, the last photo on my card was of her. Sitting at a table doing a word search. Even then I had hope, my logical brain snapped that because we were going to look back on how far she came. Cancer took everything, it took her hair, it took her physical strength, it took our time away from us. When it took her, I said I’d never take another photo again because she’d never see it.

I realize I can’t let cancer take that too. She’d be so sad to see me stop. She gave me so much to see me thrive in photography. She was so proud of me.

I started taking clients again through word of mouth… and I found a glimmer of myself again. I found myself feeling like each session was a way to honor her. Once again photography has been a much needed positive outlet in my life. Words can’t express how grateful I am for the clients who showed me grace & patience and didn’t give up on me during this terrible time. Each one of helped me find something I thought I’d lost and I’m forever grateful. 🙏🏽💕

It is with deep love and heavy hearts that I announce the passing of Sharon Page Dickerson, my beautiful mother.
On the morning of September 6, 2025, Sharon passed away surrounded by her family after a courageous two year battle with breast cancer. She faced her illness with humility, strength, and grace, fighting bravely until the very end.

Sharon is survived by her parents, Peggy and Charles, her daughter Casey and son-in-law Jerrod, and her greatest joys; her grandchildren, Maddox and Olivia Reese.

Those who knew Sharon will remember her as a bright light, gone far too soon.

To know Sharon was to love her. She was a phenomenal mother, a devoted daughter, a loyal sister to Karen and Cheryl, a loving sister-in-law to Steve and James, and a treasured aunt to Catlyn, Morgan, Turner, Hailey, Sam, JJ and Lucan. And above all, she was the most extraordinary “Gigi.”

She had a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and cared for. She treated people with dignity and touched many lives. Her kindness, her laughter, and her gentle but determined spirit brightened every room she entered.

The world was brighter with Sharon in it. She found joy in the simple things; music, dancing, and being near the water. She had a love that ran deep, especially for her family, which was her proudest legacy.

Our hearts are broken, we were profoundly blessed to know the rare gift of being loved beyond measure by her. Without her unwavering support & constant encouragement Casey Green Photography might never have happened. She was my biggest cheerleader & her work ethic and example were my biggest inspirations.

We will celebrate my mom’s life on Saturday, October 4th.
