I just had the most sentimental experience of my life for our 25th anniversary of 9/11. I had the great honor to go to a local hero’s home. This hero’s name is Michael Bellone. He was a firefighter, AT GROUND ZERO, the day our country was horrifically attacked. The things I was shown today and the stories that were told, were just heartbreaking. It was a sad, but great reminder of what happened on this day, 25yrs ago. During my time at the Bellone residence I made this commemorative 25yr anniversary video per their request. These are wonderful people who welcomed me into their home, which is practically a 9/11 museum might I add! They had a whole memorial inside filled with just absolutely incredible memorabilia, photos of Mike’s time spent at ground zero, pieces of beams, pieces of windows, and all other sorts of things from the worst attack our country has ever seen. It was an amazing experience but also very heart touching, humbling, and sad in a way. Just looking back on one of the worst days of a lot of American’s lives and eating a meal with a National hero in my small town of Seneca Falls was something I NEVER thought I would ever experience. Mike, Julie, it was an absolute HONOR to be welcomed into your home today and I am beyond thankful for your hospitality and kindness. God bless you guys, and God bless the USA 🇺🇸

Spent a good chuck of the day in Waterloo today capturing some aerial shots and also helped out many homeowners get some videos for insurance purposes. So sad to see my hometown like this
