Life Update 🤍

After a lot of prayer and trusting God’s plan, our family has been blessed with an incredible new opportunity. As we step into this next chapter, my business will be entering a new season as well.

While I’ll be stepping back from my regular wedding and portrait schedule, I’m not closing my doors. Photography will always have a special place in my heart.

Moving forward, I’ll be taking on only a very limited number of weddings each year so that I can continue doing what I love while also being fully present with my family.

I’ll still be here sharing photography tips, behind-the-scenes moments, editing content, travel, and pieces of life along the way. This passion of mine isn’t going anywhere; it’s simply evolving with this season of life.

To every client, friend, and supporter who’s been part of this journey—thank you. You’ve trusted me with your most cherished memories, and I’ll never stop being grateful for that.

I’m excited to see where God leads our family next, and I’m so thankful to have each of you along for the journey. Here’s to new beginnings. 🤍

Fun fact about me…

I photographed my very first wedding when I was just 15 years old.

It was my aunt’s wedding in Puerto Vallarta, and somehow she trusted me with one of the biggest days of her life. Looking back now, I realize what a huge responsibility that was to give a 15-year-old. But even then, I knew I wanted to give it everything I had. I wasn’t thinking about building a business—I just loved capturing moments that people would treasure forever.

Photography followed me throughout my life. I was always the one with a camera in my hands, always signing up for photography classes in school, always finding joy in documenting the little moments. But it wasn’t until 2021, after my first son was born, that I decided to take a leap of faith and officially start my business.

Today, I look back in awe.

What I once thought was “just a hobby” became so much more than I ever imagined.

It became a business.
A community.
A creative outlet.
An income that helps provide for my family.
Friendships that I’ll cherish forever.
Experiences I’ll never forget.
And the privilege of preserving thousands of memories for so many incredible people.

Fifteen-year-old me could have never imagined where saying “yes” to that first wedding would lead.

And somehow, I think she’s pretty proud of where we are today. 🤍

What an honor it was to capture your beautiful wedding this June. Not only did I attend ACTS retreat with Angie years ago but I watched her grow into the woman she is today and I am truly blessed she chose me to be part of her special day this way. I love knowing the couple, it has more meaning to me to tell their story.

A boat full of friends, music that never stopped, people jumping into the ocean, drinks in hand, and laughter echoing across the water. These are the moments that make destination weddings so special—the memories that happen before anyone walks down the aisle.
