The Clarksville Photography Contest is back for 2026!

Hosted by the Clarksville Arts Commission, this community-wide contest invites residents to capture the people, places, history, and scenery that make Clarksville special.

The contest opens June 15th and closes July 15th. Entry is free and open to all photographers.

This year’s contest features multiple categories with cash prizes awarded to winners, including awards for Historic Clarksville, Clarksville Spirit, Architecture and Design, River and Landscape, Best in Show, People’s Choice, and Emerging Artists.

Winning photographs will be displayed throughout the community, including Town Hall and the Falls of the Ohio Interpretive Center.

Whether you are a longtime photographer or just enjoy taking pictures around town, we encourage you to participate and help celebrate Clarksville’s story through photography.

Hello All!

I am very excited about all the interest in Zine-fest, and so many of you want to help get our program out there, and you want to help represent all the great work our program puts out!

If you have not heard about Zine-fest yet, it is a marketplace/craft fair for local artist to sell their artwork and a great networking opportunity as well! At Zine-fest, it is a place to mostly sell Zines, but you can also sell other stuff! Anything you sell, you will get 100% of the money; the school does not profit off it (other than free marketing in how great the program is)!
For Zine-fest, you can sell:
Prints (Photos, Designs, Artwork, etc)
Stickers
ZINES
Stickers
Buttons
Calendars
Really anything art-related
For printing, we will print in-house at the school! No payment at all!

Now, let's get into the logistics of all this.
Zine-fest is held on June 13, 2026. This date is coming up fast. The workshop date, it will be on May 20th. I will be doing it at a drop-in, where you can kinda idea, just show up between 10 am and 6 pm! If there is a conflict with this date, we can reschedule

Another thing I will offer for this event is one-on-one sessions, where I can help you guys individually with the stuff listed above, or anything you wanna talk about with Zine-fest. I can meet via Zoom or in person! You can schedule this anytime between now and May 31 for a one-on-one!

Lastly, in order to get all these things printed for Zine-fest in time and to ensure the best quality in prints, I will need everybody to submit their stuff by May 31.
