ISO Wedding Day Assistant ✨

I’m looking for 1–2 reliable assistants who can help me on wedding days throughout the season. Only one assistant is needed per wedding, but I’d like a backup person in case the other isn’t available.

This is NOT a photography position — you will not be shooting or editing.

Responsibilities may include:
• Helping grab or carry gear when needed
• Gathering wedding details (rings, invitations, etc.) for flat lays
• Helping hang the wedding dress for photos
• Fluffing dresses/veils during portraits
• Guiding the bride, groom, or family members to photo locations
• General helping hands throughout the day

Most weddings are very relaxed, and there will be downtime between moments.

Requirements:
• Must be reliable and comfortable at weddings
• Able to follow directions quickly
• Friendly and professional around clients
• Must be okay with long wedding days when needed

Pay: $25/hour

I just booked a wedding shoot for 2026 that has me flat-out fainting from excitement.
