There's just something about waking up knowing I get to capture one of the biggest days of someone's life that makes me SO excited!! 🥹

Sometimes, as photographers, we get so caught up in capturing everyone else’s memories that we forget to capture our own. ❤️
We spend so much time behind the camera, freezing moments for other families, telling their stories, and giving them memories they’ll cherish forever. But the truth is, we don’t always get those same opportunities with our own families. And even less often do we get the chance to be on the other side of the lens ourselves.
So when I finally get the opportunity to slow down, pick up my camera, and photograph my own babies, it means more to me than words can explain. 🥹
Because before I’m a photographer, I’m a mama. And these are the little faces, the fleeting moments, and the memories I never want to forget.
One day, they’ll be grown, and I’ll have these photographs to take me right back to the days when they were little.
I love capturing memories for your families, but there’s something extra special about capturing them for my own. 🤍📸
