Well, here it is, my selfie with Jonathan Bailey, taken in New York the week he was announced as People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2025. I first became familiar with him from a YouTube Video of his audition for Jamie in The Last 5 Years, which I thought was extraordinary. He of course has been doing theatre since he was a small lad and is now famous for playing Fiero in the Wicked movies, starring in Jurassic World Rebirth, Fellow Travelers and Bridgerton among many other stage & screen credits. I had the honor of seeing him perform Richard II in London.

Probably best known as playing Shang-Chi in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Simu also played Jung in the Canadian television series of Kim’s Convenience, and was also featured in Barbie and other films.
