Put simply, we're elopement photographers. We help plan, photograph, and document adventure weddings We are Brandon and Gabi Fox, hence, The Foxes.

We're an adventurous and nomadic husband and wife wedding photography team, operating from our 1972 Airstream that we live and travel in. Our work is best described as candid images of love and landscapes. We photograph weddings all over the Pacific Northwest, California, and pretty much anywhere west of the Rockies. The west is the best, what can we say? We’re the kind of photographers that’ll have a b**r with you at the wedding. Not because we love good b**r (we do), but because we’re going to be good friends by the time your wedding rolls around. We love meeting new couples and always make it a point to hang out before the wedding. Because we don’t want to just show up and take pictures; we want to have fun and join the party, camera in hand and always ready to capture a genuine moment. We keep things candid and natural, because honestly, who actually likes that awkward posed stuff? People in the 80s, that’s who. More about our work:

Eloping in the wild landscapes of Utah is full of epic views, yes, but something you can’t quite capture in a photo is the feeling and experience of exploring out here. The remoteness and stillness of an entire desert seemingly to yourselves at times, wandering through slot canyons and discovering something new around each twist and turn, peering over the edge of a cliff and seeing to the edge of the world, crazy fun off-road adventures in the Jeep, picnicking in the hazy sunset light, staring up at seemingly impossible rock formations, glamping under a starry sky…it’s romantic and adventurous in the best way. Can’t wait to get back down here next spring for more days like these! 🏜️

The perfect New Zealand hiking elopement with Steph and Keith at Mt Cook, crisscrossing swing bridges and exploring turquoise lakes with glaciers glittering in the sun. Hannah is headed back in February for NZ’s summer season and we can’t wait for more adventurous days like these among the Southern Alps 💕

Catching a moody sunrise, watching the clouds slowly burn off, spending the day meandering through all the nooks and crannies of this beautiful place, and then watching the mountains change from blue to orange to pink and back again. Totally worth that early morning wakeup call when Mother Nature puts on a light show like this 🤩

Iceland Elopement Part ✌️ When we plan elopements in Iceland, we don’t usually plan the day around being somewhere for sunset like we do in most other locations, because the truth is, getting a sunset in Iceland is rare. Well, this day was an exception, when we saw the forecast we knew we had to pivot plans to catch an elusive Icelandic sunset.

We had a spot in mind - a hidden waterfall up on a hill overlooking an expansive glacial outflow. We spent the evening here with the place all to ourselves, marveling at the perfect glowy Arctic sunset.

Afterwards, we feasted like Vikings (which included well-earned 2L b**r steins 🍺 from the day’s adventures). As we were lingering after dinner, closing the place out, the owner comes and shows us a photo of the northern lights on his phone and says “this is happening outside.” It might have been a way of getting us there hell out of there 😂 but we bolted immediately to catch the Northern Lights that were popping off on a perfectly clear night. It’s so hard to plan for something like this. You can hope for the best, cross your fingers, pray, summon an Etsy witch, and do a dance to try and get this kind of weather on one specific day you planned over a year in advance, but there are never any guarantees. We lucked out big time on this one though. What a day!

Their Iceland elopement part 1 🇮🇸 because this day was filled with far too much to fit into just one post. It truly is the land of countless waterfalls, and if you’re willing to venture a little off the beaten path, you can usually find one all to yourself 😏

We took these two on an off-roading adventure and really put our Kia Sportage to the test (never underestimate the Sportage). We crawled over rocky roads and crossed rivers (both by car and on foot 😂😅) and truly got the most out of our full liability car insurance lol.

This day had been years in the making. A while back, Brandon and I thoroughly explored this area. We even stayed at this exact Airbnb, played with these horsies, searched for fairies among the old huts built into the cliffsides, and romped through the landscape hunting for waterfalls tucked away in the deepest places.

We always knew it would make for a truly remarkable Iceland adventure for a couple who dreamed of moody skies, mystical landscapes, and venturing far enough to find solitude in a place that can often feel crowded.

When Austin and Evan reached out to us, we knew it would be perfect for them. Austin had been to Iceland before and fallen in love with this beautiful country, and Evan is an incredible photographer who had yet to witness Iceland’s magical landscapes. Spending the day nerding out with these two about this wild place and taking photos together was perfect in every single way.

Truly couldn’t imagine a better day out here. Except it somehow managed to get even better…but that’s for part two ✨💫🌌🌅💚🖤

Future cinematographers 🎥 Swaying together as the moon rises. Hiking home under the twilight…just another dreamy elopement day in the magical mountains of Washington’s North Cascades. Hard to believe that we won’t be in Yosemite this year, but we are absolutely going back next fall. Can’t wait for more big laughs and smiles and giant granite cliffs ✨
