Sentimental post ahead. 🤍
A future bride reached out to me to learn more about the Enclosed Photo Booth and scheduled a call instead of communicating through email.
These days, most people prefer email, and I completely understand. We’re all busy, and let’s be honest… many of us are a little hesitant when it comes to phone calls. So when I saw she wanted to chat instead, I was genuinely excited.
We set up a time to talk, and what I expected to be a quick call turned into a 30-minute conversation that felt so effortless and not at all awkward.
I love phone calls because they allow us to go a little more in depth, answer questions as they come up, and talk through ideas together in a way that’s hard to do over email. I never expect anything from these conversations. I simply enjoy educating couples about the experience, learning about what they’re planning, and seeing if we’re the right fit for one another.
We talked about her wedding, the photo booth experience, and even a little about ourselves. By the end of the call, we had answered her questions and shared in the excitement of bringing the experience to life.
The conversation has stayed with me long after we hung up. I was reminded how fortunate I am to meet such wonderful people through this business and that some of the best parts of this work happen long before the first photo is ever taken.
It’s about the conversations before the event, the trust that’s built along the way, and the privilege of helping bring someone’s vision to life.
Beyond a photo booth, it’s about connection.
