Alaska: the land of adventure
I knew Alaska would be beautiful, but I didn’t know it would absolutely blow me away like it did. The amount of insane experiences I was able to have in just six days made this one of my favorite photo trips I’ve ever done 📸🏔️
I can’t think of anywhere else in the world you can be flying in a propeller plane around a massive mountain one day, then ice climbing on a glacier the next 🧗🏼♀️🧊
I’m glad I had my Canon USA EOS R6 Mark III to capture all of these memories I know I’ll be sharing with my grand kids one day 🤍
I have been loving this camera body for a few reasons:
• Fast and accurate auto focus - So many times on this trip I was shooting in incredibly fast moving environments that are difficult for most cameras, including a tiny plane hitting turbulence, a sea otter swimming in the water, and catching the action ice climbing. This camera seriously did not miss a single shot ever.
• Pre-Continuous Shooting - This camera can take 20 frames before you fully press the shutter down, so I was never late at getting that quick moving action shot.
• Video Recording - Long, continuous 4K video can be recorded. I’ve recorded video for an hour and half straight on this camera body, and it has never overheated.
The more I use this camera, the more it has become my go to for photo and especially video. It has a more affordable price point than the EOS R5 series while still producing professional quality work, so it’s a camera I absolutely recommend to any creator!
