Loved walking around the city enjoying great architecture above and underground. Later he moved to Chicago-another city full of great architecture. Just had to pick up the camera and try to capture the way he sees things. He took classes from Richard Stromberg in Chicago and Alexander Lapin(Александр Лапин) in Moscow. "Architecture/cityscape is one of my two interests in photography. The second is

- people and situations they get into". He calls it "true reportage". Vitaliy is trying to show ordinary things in extraordinary way. That is how he sees the purpose of photography.
