gest stock photo agencies in the world. I specialized in content and image creation, high-end photo retouching, the construction of complex clipping paths and logo removal. For the past five years I served as the Senior Photo Editor for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I was responsible for acquiring and managing a high volume of diverse photography assets and services across the foundation in an often fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. As the Senior Editor I also acted as an in-house photojournalist for our foundation. I currently serve as a board member and president of a Seattle non-profit organization called Youth In Focus (http://youthinfocus.org/). Youth in Focus is an afterschool program that utilizes intensive photography training as a tool to help disadvantaged teens develop social and artistic skills, personal voice and a positive identity.
