I woke this morning to the highly disappointing news that the debut of my new exhibition, PRESSING THE BRUISE, will no longer take place at the Supperfield Museum of Contemporary Art (SMCA) because the larger institution, Seattle’s Museum of Museums (MOM), announced that they will be closing their doors at the end of the month 😢

Still looking forward to a European exhibition in 2024, but not saying too much too soon for fear of jinxing things 🤞🏽

A bit of icing on the slice of birthday cake 🍰 that was my weekend... a new cover editorial in

I think it's worth noting that I shot the bulk of this editorial on a "tiny" Canon G9X Mark II (my travel camera). Just a friendly reminder that you can tell stories with whatever tools are at hand... don't wait for the "right" gear.
