Kari.photography Gaaflora Photography- Editorial/Event Photography Kari Nickole Taylor was born and raised in Venango County, Pennsylvania.

Taylor completed her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with a concentration in Commercial Photography at The Art Institute of Seattle in 2016. Her thesis work, entitled ‘Musicians in the Raw’ has been showcased at two art galleries and some of those images currently hang in her home town's local brewery. Taylor’s other work has been featured in Seattle Magazine, Radio Magazine, and Where Traveler.

Taylor has been working as a freelance consultant, photographer and media producer in Seattle since 2012 and has also embarked on a teaching career. She prides herself on keeping a wide diversity of work in her repertoire, and challenges herself relentlessly. Her work is most described as either loud or quiet with little in between. Taylor, herself, is described as passionate, dedicated, and driven by her mentors.

Kari also donates her time and talent to many volunteer organizations in the city of Seattle. Her efforts are most focused on art education and she associates with local radio stations such as KEXP, KNDD, and The Wolf. Other organizations she volunteers with are Artsfund, ASMP, and Americorps.
