Skye was out of this worldddd! It’s hard to choose just a few photos. And the sheep. I could make an entire calendar of just photos of sheep because I could not stop taking photos of them.

After our hike in Glencoe, we headed to Eilean Donan castle to explore, realizing we were sorta close to Skye and may as well wander that way since we pretty much went completely off itinerary anyway. We found some food and settled down near Portree for the night.

At sunrise we headed out to hike The Storr, we were lucky to be there early enough in the day to have the trail mostly to ourselves and two others and got to experience rain, snow, and sun!

We walked all throughout Portree to find new batteries for my film camera with no luck but got to see so much of Portree and the cute homes surrounding it, found & ate so many goodies, explored the fairy glen, and finished the day off hiking Quairing - Which was a lot, lot, of walking for one day, I’m not even sure how we fit all that in. But we were fueled by a strong moka pot roast and beautiful views.

Returned to one of my favorite locations for this session. While it’s a bit of a drive, these views go on forever and mixed in with the golden hour light, it’s the recipe for the most beautiful scenic portraits.
Sarah has the most contagious positive energy and fully immersed herself in this shoot. We laughed a ton, had fun collaborating creatively as we danced around and climbed/balanced on some questionably sharp rocks - & ultimately wound up with some beautiful shots.

It is extra sweet getting to photograph friends from growing up and celebrating them in this season of life. Especially the two of you, anyone who’s been around Jackie & Cameron for any length of time can pick up that they’re perfectly tuned to the same frequency and have such a special connection 🌿🤍 I am so happy for you two and love every single frame from this session!

There is something really special about a small, intimate wedding that I love capturing. Getting ready in the home she grew up in, surrounded by her mom’s quilts. A conga line leading up to pie instead of cake, Tillamook ice cream, a backyard full of flowers and everyone present in the moment.

I have been so excited to share these.

After capturing their engagement portraits, bridal shower, then flying me out to Cancun to capture the bachelorette and ultimately the wedding; I was fully embedded into this journey from the very beginning.

Thank you for welcoming me in like family, getting to witness the love and community surrounding you both was truly something else. Friends and family who flew from all across to come celebrate you two was so special to see.

This opportunity meant so much to me. Getting to combine two things I love, travel & photography, really reinvigorated me and showed me that this is the space I want to be in. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and congratulations to Kessie & Tyler!

I captured my first out of country wedding and I was so fortunate to have an extra day to set up beach portraits with family and friends of the bride & groom! Washington scenery is seriously breathtaking and I'm so lucky to be based here, but to be honest, now I'm stuck day dreaming about the next time I get to take some gorgeous white sandy beach sessions...

I absolutely adore this family gallery and had so much taking them. With everyone on vacay mode - loose schedules, and with no need for everything to be planned or timed just right - this set the tone for this session from the start.

No schedules, no shoes, no pressure to sit still. Three little humans spinning around the beach. Bare feet in the sand, easy laughter, running, spinning, and dancing! Nothing forced. Nothing held too long. Just real moments, happening the way they always do on vacation.
