But in all seriousness, when was the last time you updated your business portrait (headshot), your website photos or even your latest promotional photos?

I’m not shaming you. But I am here to tell you that your branding photos should ABSOLUTELY showcase your personality so they can introduce you to your ideal client before they ever get to meet you in person.

AI is a great tool for certain things but being a REAL human and showing your actual personality will never be beaten. I will not be convinced otherwise.

When you think of a place you call HOME, whether it was when you were running around backyard, barefoot, at 5 years old or celebrated the holidays with your in-laws last year, do you think of the magazine perfect, everything-is-always-in-the-perfect-spot home? Didn’t think so.

While carefully though out staging and realistic portrayal of a property is very important in the MLS photos and as a seller, you should ABSOLUTELY put away items that might be too personal not to turn away your ideal buyer, your house still needs that FEELING to feel like a home, not just a house. That’s where I come in.
