New easy booking for Rooted in Strength Pilates!!!

Please watch this video for the easy new booking site for the Pilates classes AND read up on all the class options 🙌🫶

Big news! We've moved to MINDBODY! 🎉

Rooted in Strength Pilates is now using MINDBODY for all class booking, scheduling, and memberships.

I made a quick video showing you exactly how to download the app and get set up. 👇

📱iPhone users:Follow along with the video using the App Store.

🤖 Android users: The steps are exactly the same! Just open the Google Play Store instead, search for Mindbody, and download the same app.

Once you're in, search for Rooted in Strength Pilates and tap the ❤️ to save us as a favorite.

💻 Prefer the website? Online booking will be available on our website by tomorrow. The app is the easiest way to book, especially on the go!

📅 Already booked your schedule on bsport? Your classes are being moved over and will be fully in Mindbody by tomorrow.

🎟️ Have class credits? Those will be fully transferred by tomorrow too.

🗓️ New classes on the schedule!Please take a look at the schedule, as some classes have changed. We've added Rooted Balance and Rooted Stretch & Restore! You can read the class descriptions in the app or on our site, and more details are coming soon. ✨

Heading into week three of Rooted in Strength Pilates, and this one hit home. 🤍
Opening a studio has been exciting, humbling, and full of "is anyone going to show up?" moments. But every person who has walked through the doors so far has reminded me why I started: to create a space where you feel strong, supported, and cared for.
So I'm going to keep showing up for you, even on the slow days. Thank you to everyone who has taken a class, shared a post, or cheered us on. You're building this with me. 💪
