Join us in welcoming Courtney Surface, M.M., as our new Lecturer in Music Education!
 
The Baylor B.M.E. alumna is a dedicated music educator with over 20 years of experience in elementary music education. Recognized for her passion and commitment, Surface has received numerous grants and awards for her profound impact on students and the field of music education. She is excited to return “home” to Baylor in the fall and inspire the next generation of music educators.
 
“We are delighted to have Courtney Surface join our Music Education team,” says Music Education Division Director Michele Henry, Ph.D. “Her connections in both elementary and band settings, along with experience in private studio teaching, will challenge our students to explore and develop a variety of teaching specialties.”
