Just know one thing before: moving across the country doesn’t mean starting your business over from zero!!! YOU ARE SMARTER NOW

we spent YEARS building our photography business + reputation in Wisconsin… then packed everything up and moved to Colorado Springs!! (Best life decision ever, btw)😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹

timeless presets so you can book more + edit less💻📸

Recently, we had a former client (her first session with us was in 2021?!?) come over for a mentorship session (she’s becoming a photographer!!). During our chat, she shared with me, “I love how your editing style changed… you can now see the natural color of skin tones and eye color. It’s so realistic and beautiful!”

I’ve always wondered if our clients noticed our style changed over the years. This confirmed that the change was received with love!! Once upon a time, we used a super popular trendy preset pack. It was the theme of the time… super warm orange hues, desaturated almost nonexistent greens and don’t even get me started on the NEON blues in the sky. 🤦🏼‍♀️

After a year or two in business we realized, we were FIGHTING natural colors and we wanted to just honor what was already preset!! So we created the sunset chaser preset pack + editing tutorial!! (Yes!! There is a video Lightroom Classic editing module included in your purchase of the presets!!)

MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE RIGHT SIZE!!!!

The most asked questions in my inbox:

“WAIT WHAT SIZE DO I GET?!”
“How do I know my ring size?”
“Is this ND filter compatible with my lens?”

IM SO HAPPY TO HELP🛍️

Look for the little Ø symbol on the front of your lens. The number next to it is your filter thread size.

Ø82 = buy an 82mm ND filter
Ø95 = buy a 95mm ND filter
Ø77 = buy a 77mm ND filter

Can’t find it? Search online/with AI:

“[your exact lens] filter thread size”

And PLEASE check the exact version of your lens because two 24–70mm lenses can absolutely have different filter sizes!!! The mount matters!! Example: EF or RF!!

💡 PRO TIP: If you own multiple lenses, you don’t necessarily need an ND filter for every single one.

Buy the ND for your largest lens and use inexpensive step-up rings to adapt it to your smaller lenses.

Have you also grown obsessed with primary colors? After becoming a photographer, I started noticing this intentionality with color in movies, music videos, and in photography. I love incorporating at least one primary color shoot into all of our content days because everyone deserves a chance to PLAY with color!!
