Since I've been getting more clients I'm not able to do this quite as often now, but OH BOY does it feel amazing when I can deliver a high quality fully edited gallery in two days 😍😍

Starting spooky season off strong with a horrific camera reveal— she has NEVER been updated!!! Ooops 🙈🥰🤦🏻 I was noticing my camera starting to have various issues. It’s been 5 years without an update...hopefully this helps!

The descriptionfof how to update the firmware here is specifically for Sony cameras. If the version is less than 1.05, you need to do two seperate firmware updates

New SD cards are just another expense of being a photographer. This purchase is hitting me hard because of the increased cost of SD cards in just five years. I cannot do my job without SD cards and they wear out after sometime. Just like my camera body will. And this stuff isn’t cheap!

If you’re wondering why photographers are “expensive” it’s because the cost of starting and maintaining your gear as well as the knowledge you have to have to use it. My camera cost $3000 when I bought it, including the lens. An SD card is $95, you probably need multiple, plus you have to have all of the experience and knowledge to be able to use that camera.

Jax reached out to me to take portraits of him and his three year old pup Raven Mae! They’ve been inseparable since he rescued her when she was just a few months old. She is a mix of German Shepard, Blue Heeler, Labrador, and Burnese Mountain Dog. She’s surprisingly only 70 Ibs, because she was the runt of the litter 🥰🥰 Raven is such a sweet and curious pup. She loved being called a “pretty lady.” It made her ears perk up!

YES 😍🥹

and I’m more sure of myself as an artist now 🥰 what a difference a few years of consistent effort makes. I don’t know if I would have called myself an artist a few years ago, even though I always have been.
