Hi,
I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; a city with both, a stunning natural beauty and a cultural background that embrace all the senses through its food, music and dance. Before moving to the United States I worked almost 10 years in the Marketing department of a Life Insurance Company. In 2006 I moved to the US with my Argentinian husband and in early 2007 our twin daughters born in the US. Sayi

ng that my house is a mixing pot of cultures and languages (we all speak fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English). When we move to another place, we can not take the people that we love with us. Photography initially became the way to share with our families and dear friends key moments in our lives. Initially a hobby, photography turned into a passion and finally a profession. After a couple of years of workshops, college classes and thousands of pictures of practice with family and friends, I am ready to capture the special moments in your life! Hoje olho e vejo duas meninas que estão descobrindo o mundo, conhecendo novas pessoas, vivendo novas fases e construindo a própria história com coragem e verdade.

É lindo ver vocês crescendo, se encontrando e conquistando o espaço de vocês no mundo, sem esquecer os valores com que foram criadas, o amor, o respeito e a essência que sempre tiveram.

Nem sempre é fácil para o coração de mãe aceitar que vocês já voam sozinhas… mas também não existe felicidade maior do que ver vocês felizes, trilhando o caminho do bem.

This feels like more than a website relaunch… it feels like a new chapter.

After years of building my path, including 4 incredible years as a medical photographer at Mayo Clinic, I’m stepping into a new phase of life. My home is quieter now, officially entering my “empty nest” season… and with that comes space to refocus, create, and grow in ways I’ve been dreaming about.

This new website reflects not only my work, but my journey — everything I’ve learned, lived, and felt along the way.

Photography has always been about connection for me. Seeing people, telling their stories, capturing what matters most and that’s what continues to drive me.

A year-end getaway with the Keats family, girls all together, board games, impostor games, treasure hunts for pink dots shopping, looking at planets through telescopes at the observatory, and way too much talking and laughing. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!! Bye 2025.

Grateful for everything in my life: my family, my work, my friends. This year tested me in many ways, but today I choose to focus on the bright side. There is still so much good around me, and for that, my heart is full!

Um mês sem a minha mãe neste mundo. 💔

Sinto falta das nossas conversas de manhã, enquanto eu caminhava com o cachorro. Sinto falta de compartilhar minha vida com ela. Eu queria tanto poder contar que a Sofia já está na faculdade e que em breve vou levar a Marina para a dela.

Sinto falta das suas orações, da forma como sempre me fazia acreditar que tudo ficaria bem. Sinto falta do seu amor. Sinto falta da sua comida: galinha com quiabo, carne seca com abóbora. Sinto falta da forma como ela mostrava amor através da comida, e de como cada receita carregava um pedaço dela.

Sinto falta das fotos que ela me mandava das suas flores. Sinto falta quando me contava que o pé de jabuticaba estava cheio de frutos, que fez polpa de acerola para congelar, ou suco de goiaba para oferecer aos vizinhos.
Sinto falta de quando ela me mostrava o paninho de prato em que estava fazendo a barrinha de crochê, sempre orgulhosa dos detalhes.

Sinto falta de ver suas unhas sempre feitas, seu cabelo arrumado, mesmo quando usava uma redinha para não desmanchar o penteado.

Sinto falta das histórias. Sinto falta das nossas conversas. Sinto falta dela.

Esse foi o mês mais difícil da minha vida. 🌹
Mas carrego comigo o seu amor todos os dias, e esse amor nunca vai me deixar. 🤍

Today, I was reminded of why I love what I do. A wonderful client sent me the most beautiful flowers as a thank-you for capturing her daughter’s graduation photos. Moments like these remind me that photography isn’t just about pictures—it’s about connection, trust, and celebrating milestones together. I’m truly grateful for the amazing people I get to work with. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family’s journey! Maddie and Katherine are graduating from college and they decided to have their pictures taken together! As roommates, and best friends, they are enjoying this time of their lives and creating memories that will last forever!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this beautiful soul for her senior session! With a Philippine mom and an American dad, she’s the perfect blend of cultures, and the result? Simply stunning!

Beyond her beauty, she’s an incredibly talented artist and singer, with a heart just as sweet as her voice. It’s been amazing watching her shine, and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things she’ll accomplish in the future!
