Get ready for a night of glamour and goodwill as we come together for Puttin’ on the Ritz with Out of the Pits at the beautiful Franklin Terrace Ballroom from 5pm–10pm.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour and open bar from 5pm–6pm, followed by a delicious plated dinner, a cash bar, and plenty of dancing to keep the night lively. Throughout the event, guests can explore an exciting selection of Silent Auction items, with every bid helping support the mission of Out of the Pits. Men’s mental health matters.

We don’t talk about it enough, but we need to.
Men die by su***de at significantly higher rates than women, and one of the biggest reasons is the pressure tied to “being a man.” Society teaches men to stay tough, stay quiet, hold in stress, and never show emotion. But that silence is heavy… and it’s costing lives.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.
Talking about what you’re going through doesn’t make you weak; it makes you human. Your feelings are valid.. Your struggles are real.. And reaching out is a sign of strength.

Let’s break the stigma.
Check in on the men in your life. Ask the real questions. Listen without judgment. And if you’re a man reading this… know that your story matters, your pain matters, and there is help available.

You’re not alone. 💙

Last weekend, I linked up with Billy Floyd and hit my first ever hockey game 🏒 — and wow, what an experience.

But honestly? The best part wasn’t just watching those Union College Men's Hockey boys leave it all out on the ice — it was seeing the impact Billy has on the entire community.

From getting smoked by kids in endless games of rock, paper, scissors ✊✋✌️ to joking around with parents and even the away fans, this guy was pure good vibes the whole night.

If you haven’t been to a Union College Athletics game at the M&T Bank Center yet, do yourself a favor and check one out this winter. You might just catch Billy spreading joy, laughter, and memories everywhere he goes.

10/10 recommend. 🙌
