After their sunrise ceremony, we packed up and hopped on the boat, crossing Two Medicine Lake to hike the 5-mile loop into Upper Two Medicine Lake! We ate sandwiches and enjoyed all the beauty Glacier National Park had to offer! Kazzy changed into the cutest white athletic hiking dress, tucked a few flowers into her backpack, and off we went!!Along the trail, strangers congratulated them as we wandered through Glacier together, feeling more like old friends hanging out, that is something so special about being a photographer! They swam in the lake, soaked in the views, laughed the entire way through, and I documented it all on 35mm film like little pieces of summer nostalgia they’ll get to look back on when they’re old, reminiscing on this special day!
This is your reminder that your elopement day truly can look however you want it to. It does not have to stop after the ceremony! If a full adventure elopement day with hiking, exploring, boat rides, slow moments, and room to actually experience the place you traveled to, a sunrise elopement is such an underrated option!
