BEWARE! This person is a SCAM. I AM REPORTING YOU "JOLANTA KUWAIJAK' aka "KEVIN TUCKER" for attempting to steal money from people (and large sums of it too). I just wasted two hours of my life trying to accommodate this so-called potential client and learned the whole time they were a scammer trying to steal my money from my bank account. Thankfully I did not fall for it.

Client was claiming to want a "birthday photography portrait shoot" but they were very hasty in wanting to send money even when I said you have to sign a contract first before you send payment through my website platform. They asked if I wanted to do CashApp or Zelle instead. Since I have received Zelle payments before, I went along...but then I received text messages with a phone number that I had to call to lift a "business account upgrade hold" and that I had to refund them $500 that they supposedly sent me. It was "Zelle customer service" and I was so uneasy about this that they even sent me a picture of their ID which was fake too. This "customer service rep" was super demanding and trying to get me to do what he wanted like open my bank app and send me screenshots which I refused to do. I even asked if I could call my bank and ask but he tried to reassure me not to....SCAM. I kept hesitating over and over again because I did not trust what was going on. Mind you, this was my first ever scam incident I've been involved in.

I asked for a screenshot of the confirmation from the client that Zelle usually sends you and they claimed that they were "locked out of their account and could not access a confirmation message" and also stuff like "my money has been taken out of my account already and cannot be refunded unless you refund me the $500." SCAM...you CANNOT send a Zelle payment without accessing your bank account first less even view your balance.

They also used language like "my husband is getting furious at me and that I should not have trusted you." I did not fall for the lie and I explained how the Zelle process worked and they blocked me immediately....SCAM and the customer service rep hung up on me. If they really sent money and really wanted it back, then they would've kept going or called a lawyer or cop or something. I even told them to do so and call the police about it and we can get this resolved because I could tell this was a scam. They were quite demanding and wanting to get it done quickly and now I can see why.

Do not fall for the "business account upgrade" because it simply does not exist.

My gut told me this is fake and as I was on the phone with them I was doing my research...ChatGPT is amazing.

Sharing this because they sounded extremely legit at some points and I called them out on it and the research I had done and they hung up and blocked me on FB. Honestly felt good to outsmart a scammer but PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL. What seemed to be in an innocent booking with a client for a photography session turned into a scam where my money could have been potentially stolen.

Their email address was super complicated it didn't even seem legit either...(Kevin Tucker) [email protected].

Phone numbers I received texts from:

Dear Customer,

Instructions:
• Send $500.00 to the buyer’s account.
• Take a screenshot of the payment and reply to this text.
• Your account will then be credited with $575.00 instantly.

Sharing this with everyone I can so they don't fall for this lie and lose hundreds of dollars from this thief. I hope you’re caught by law enforcement and refund any money that you have stolen from those unfortunate enough to fall for it.
