Our session with Angela & Victor started with a little surprise - we showed up at North Ave Beach and realized there was a music festival happening right at the same time! 😂 Crowds, electronic music, and all the festival craziness became part of our afternoon, but we still made sure to get all the fun shots - and of course, that Chicago skyline did not disappoint!

Some sessions just leave you smiling long after they are over... and this was definitely one of them 🥰

Emanuela & DeMarcus are the kind of couple you instantly click with. We spent the entire session laughing, chatting, and kept talking even after we had officially finished. They are so easygoing, fun, and genuinely wonderful to be around.

One of my favorite proposal moments happened today💍

Right after Hallie said YES, she jumped with pure happiness… and then something even sweeter happened. Complete strangers all around Lincoln Park Conservatory started cheering, clapping, and celebrating with them🥹

For a few seconds, it felt like all of Chicago was celebrating their love together. These are the moments that make this job so special.

Congratulations to these two! ❤️

A little overdue... but better late than never, especially on a day like this! 🤍

Back in June, Paulina & Tristan celebrated the start of their forever, and what a day it was 🥰

These two are the perfect example of opposites attracting. Paulina brings this calm, gentle presence, while Tristan is full of energy and keeps everyone laughing. Somehow, they fit together like two puzzle pieces - balancing each other in the best possible way.

One of my favorite parts of the day was getting to photograph them with Tristan's buddies from the Inverness Fire Department. Such a fun way to incorporate a big part of his life into their big day!

And then came the reception... 🙈

The chair game was absolute chaos in the best way possible. I have photographed a lot of weddings, but this game definitely brought the energy. There was cheering, laughing, and just enough competitiveness to keep everyone on the edge of their seats. Fun!

A private es**rt out of the park... now that is how you do your proposal secret mission! 😉

With the last golden rays of sunshine lighting the city, Daniel asked Amya the question... Completely caught by surprise, she was overcome with happy tears before saying "YES!"

We may have been the last ones to leave the park that evening (hence our friendly es**rt 😄), but I would not have wanted it any other way. Every extra minute was worth capturing this beautiful beginning.

A little glimpse into Vinay & Lauren's proposal day 💕

After the "yes," they slowed down, laughed, got a little goofy, and soaked it all in before heading to the riverfront to celebrate with their family and friends. I always love when couples make the day their own instead of rushing through it.
