This session was extra special to me. We have known Danica since she was a toddler. Her mom and I met when Mandy and her oldest went to daycare about 17 years ago and instantly became friends. Shortly after our girls graduated High School, my friend passed away. It was heartbreaking. So when her husband reached out to me to do Danica’s Senior pictures, I knew I wanted to make these extra special for them. I hope I made her happy,. If the flickering lights in my computer room when I was done were an indication, I’d say she was. Miss you Meredith ❤️

Yesterday I was able to photograph my friend's wedding alongside my fellow photographer and good friend Mia Ortiz . It warmed my heart to see the love between these two.
