The Coke can rollers absolutely made this shoot, and she understood the assignment from start to finish. I’m pretty sure I’m going to be obsessed with these photos for a long time.

This shoot was everything I love creative, nostalgic, a little quirky, and a whole lot of fun. Sometimes you don’t need a fancy set. Just a good idea, a willing model, and some Coke cans. 😂

A quick look at my June calendar and I’d say it’s filling up pretty nicely. 👀📸

Y’all, I had this idea stuck in my head and finally got to bring it to life. 🥤❤️

I wasn’t 100% sure how it was gonna come together, but this session ended up being everything I hoped it would be. There’s just something about the Coca-Cola vibes, summer feel, and all the little details that makes me smile.

These are the kinds of shoots I love. Give me a random idea, a willing model, and I’ll figure out a way to make it happen. 😂

If this is how we’re kicking off summer, it’s gonna be a fun one. I already have way too many ideas and not enough time to do them all.

Now excuse me while I stare at these photos for the next three days. 🤣

Being a photographer isn’t just snapping pretty pictures 📸

It’s also moving furniture like I’m in the strongman Olympics, hauling props, balancing on things I probably shouldn’t be on, and somehow always finding a new way to injure myself.

Today’s episode: I jammed my thumb into not one… but TWO corners in my house. The first one? Nearly took me out. The second one was just me and my thumb having unfinished business.

At this point I’m convinced my camera isn’t the problem… it’s everything around me.

So next time you think “oh she just takes pictures” just know there’s also a full-time position as professional prop mover, set designer, and accidental injury specialist 😅📸

“absolutely moo not.”

Meanwhile my yard is one puddle away from becoming lakefront property and the road out here is basically a creek with speed limits. 😅
