FAMILY || I had the joy of taking family portraits for Joel’s aunt, uncle, and cousins a few weeks ago. They are so special to both of us and we always love spending time with them 🤍 It was even more special to do the session on Driftwood Beach — the same beach where Joel and I took our wedding photos.

When 🌀Hurricane Helene🌀 hit back in September and it fell on the same weekend as William & Katie’s wedding I expected it to be one of the most difficult weddings we’ve ever done. However, it was one of the absolute best experiences we’ve ever had photographing a wedding. Not only did the weather subside leaving the most gorgeous blue skies, but both William and Katie were so calm and at peace about the whole thing. It was clear that their love for each other was the foundation for the whole day; it showed in every detail. All of the family members that helped decorate, the bridal party, the vendors, were all amazing! , your venue is beyond gorgeous and I can’t wait for the next wedding we get to have there 🤍
