1,738 horsepower... on a stock GM L8T crank.

Justin New's twin-turbo GMC Syclone just laid down an incredible 1,738.4 hp and 1,246.4 lb./ft. of torque on the dyno—all while retaining a stock L8T crankshaft.

The recipe?

🔥 Twin Pulsar 79/75mm turbos
🔥 LS-based engine with a stock L8T crank
🔥 34 psi of boost (has seen 39 psi)
🔥 AWD with a built 4L80 and transfer case
🔥 Serial No. 1373 of just 2,800 Syclones built

Even more impressive, Justin refused to cut the truck's original fenders or hood, designing the entire twin-turbo system around the factory sheetmetal to preserve one of GMC's rarest performance trucks.

Now he's chasing the world record for the quickest Syclone.

I show alot of support for a lot motorsports businesses in this area... With these two shops being the main two I put out content for.. Doesn't mean I don't like other shops and tuners, I've just developed a relationship with these two and the owners/Employees. They love what they do and they care about their product... When you see me supporting these businesses you never see me or hear me putting down another shop or tuner ect... There are other builders and tuners that do great work. I recommend other people for certain things that I know they specialize in.... I get so many inboxes of people asking me to point them in the right direction and when I make my recommendations they say "oh not them, my buddy said they messed up his buddies car" or "oh not them I heard they do bad business". My point of this post is to say, you can support and recommend who you prefer without trashing someone else's name. Word of mouth goes a long way in this industry and you don't realize how spreading something you don't have first hand knowledge of can be damaging. Before I make a recommendation I take into account the business and the customer to make sure they are a good fit and they'll get the best results... I don't get paid to "push customers to these businesses".. If I say contact them I honestly feel like that's your best fit. I've recommended Eric Mullis for suspension and rear end work. John Hodges for tuning and other stuff. Dean Moslow Jr for turbos, Justin New for trans builds... And so many others. And I never put one down to recommend the other..... (Sorry for the long rant.)
