We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Calvin Comstock!

"Just over a year ago, I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Real Estate and joined Inventure wanting learning everything I could about creating value through commercial real estate.

Today, I'm honored to begin a new chapter as Associate Director of Development & Investments.

Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to work alongside one of the region's most accomplished real estate developers and dealmakers, Doug Boser. Every project, investor meeting, development site, and acquisition has been another opportunity to learn the discipline, patience, and attention to detail that go into building exceptional real estate.

At Inventure Capital, my role bridges development and investments. I work directly with investors, source and evaluate new opportunities, assist in underwriting acquisitions, coordinate development projects from concept through construction, and help ensure every investment aligns with the long-term vision of creating value for our investors and the communities we serve.

What excites me most isn't the title, it's the responsibility that comes with it.

Real estate is a relationship business. Every deal is built on trust, every development begins with a vision, and every investment represents someone's confidence in what we're building together and finding ways to be authentic.
